Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lynxio platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

Service Description

LynxIO is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that allows users to perform searches and analyses on: email addresses, domain names, phone numbers, usernames, IP addresses, company entities (via GLEIF, ICIJ and official registries), and images (via AI forensics and geolocation).

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for your account security
  • One account per person is allowed

Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

  • Lite (Free): 3 searches/day — free
  • Standard Monthly: 12 searches/day — $2.99/month
  • Standard Yearly: 12 searches/day — $29/year (equiv. $2.42/month)
  • Premium Monthly: 30 searches/day — $5.99/month
  • Premium Yearly: 30 searches/day — $59/year (equiv. $4.92/month)

Plan Features & Restrictions

  • Lite (Free): Email, username, and basic leak detection only. Company Intelligence, Image OSINT, AI analyses, and PDF export are not available.
  • Standard: All search modules including Company Intelligence and Image OSINT. 15 AI analyses per month. PDF export included. Up to 50 saved searches.
  • Premium: All search modules. 50 AI analyses per month. Professional PDF export included. Up to 100 saved searches.

AI analysis quotas reset monthly. Unused AI analyses do not roll over to the next billing period.

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You can cancel anytime from your settings
  • No refunds for partially used periods

Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to use Lynxio for:

  • Harassment, stalking, or intimidation
  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Privacy violations of others
  • Unauthorized commercial data collection
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass quotas
  • Automated use (bots, scripts) without authorization

Geographic Restrictions — Sanctioned Countries

Lynxio is not available to residents or nationals of countries subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to: Syria, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Sudan. By using Lynxio, you confirm you are not located in, or acting on behalf of a government or entity in, any sanctioned country.

Legitimate Use Declaration

By using Lynxio, you declare that:

  • (a) you are performing searches on yourself, or
  • (b) you have the explicit written consent of the person you are investigating, or
  • (c) you are acting within a professional capacity (journalism, security research, fraud investigation, legal proceedings) with a legitimate legal basis.

Any other use is strictly prohibited.

Anti-Stalkerware Policy

Lynxio must not be used to monitor, track, or investigate any person without their knowledge in contexts that could constitute stalking, domestic surveillance, or harassment. Using Lynxio to monitor a partner, ex-partner, family member, or any individual without legitimate legal basis is strictly forbidden and may constitute a criminal offense in your jurisdiction.

OSINT — Publicly Available Data Only

Lynxio aggregates information from publicly available sources only. We do not access private, restricted, or confidential systems. Search results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Lynxio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party data sources.

Limitation of Use of Results

Results obtained through Lynxio may not be used for: employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or any purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Third-Party Data Removal Request

If you believe your personal information has appeared in Lynxio search results and you wish to request its removal, contact us at support@lynxio.io. We will review your request within 30 days and take reasonable action within our technical capabilities.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Lynxio is an investigative tool, not a definitive source of truth. Results should be independently verified before any action is taken. Just4Work accepts no liability for decisions made based on Lynxio results.

Commercial Use of Results

Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting search results obtained through Lynxio without prior written authorization from Just4Work is strictly prohibited.

Automation and Quota Abuse

Automated, scripted, or bulk use of the platform beyond the platform quota limits is prohibited. Attempts to bypass quotas via multiple accounts, proxies, or automation tools will result in immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property

  • The Lynxio application and its content are protected by copyright
  • The name "Lynxio" and logos are proprietary marks of Just4Work
  • You retain ownership of data you submit
  • You can request export of your data at any time via support@lynxio.io

Limitation of Liability

Lynxio provides information from public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Regional Data Rights — California (USA) — CCPA / CPRA

California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information is collected about them, (b) delete their personal information, (c) opt out of the sale of their personal information. Lynxio does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact support@lynxio.io. For more information, visit the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.

Regional Data Rights — Québec / Canada — Loi 25

Quebec Residents: In accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), Quebec residents have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the processing of their personal information. Requests can be submitted to support@lynxio.io. Response time: 30 days.

Regional Data Rights — Brazil — LGPD

Brazilian Residents: In accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), Brazilian users have the rights set forth in Article 18 of the LGPD, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability. Contact our Data Protection Officer at support@lynxio.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the ANPD (anpd.gov.br).

Regional Data Rights — Australia — Privacy Act 1988

Australian Residents: Lynxio complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Australian users may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information by contacting support@lynxio.io. Complaints may be lodged with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Regional Data Rights — India — DPDPA 2023

Indian Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Indian residents may exercise their rights under the DPDPA by contacting support@lynxio.io.

Regional Data Rights — United Kingdom — UK GDPR

UK Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. UK residents have the same rights as EU residents under GDPR. Complaints may be lodged with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Regional Data Rights — Switzerland — nFADP / nLPD

Swiss Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/nLPD). Swiss residents may exercise their rights by contacting support@lynxio.io. Complaints may be lodged with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch.

Regional Data Rights — Turkey — KVKK

Turkish Residents: In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Turkish residents have the right to: learn whether personal data is processed, request information about it, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Contact: support@lynxio.io.

Regional Data Rights — South Korea — PIPA

South Korean Residents: Lynxio processes personal data in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). South Korean residents may contact support@lynxio.io to exercise their rights. Complaints may be filed with the Personal Information Protection Commission (pipc.go.kr).

Regional Data Rights — South Africa — POPIA

South African Residents: Lynxio processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The responsible party is Just4Work. South African residents may contact support@lynxio.io to exercise their rights under POPIA.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
